This fast-drying interior/exterior primer and sealer is specially formulated to block stains. The outstanding adhesion allows for a beautiful long-lasting finish on a wide variety of surfaces. Can be used on drywall, wood, metal, hardboard, masonry and plaster. Our multi-purpose primer can be top coated with either latex or oil paints.
