NA 1510 Membrane Primer is a ready to use, fast-drying, water-based latex primer for use under NA 1550 crack isolation membrane on indoor and outdoor floors for residential and commercial applications. NA 1510 greatly increases the bond of NA 1550 to concrete, plywood and other approved and properly prepared floors. It can be applied with a roller or brush, is white in color and dries clear.
